🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an agricultural or business setting.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and QuickBooks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in ITIL or similar frameworks is a plus.
