📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive HSE programs and policies.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs.
Provide training and awareness programs to employees on safety and environmental best practices.
Ensure compliance with all relevant national and international regulations and standards.
Investigate incidents and accidents to prevent recurrence and improve safety protocols.
Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in HSE performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HSE management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Certification as an Occupational Health and Safety Professional (OHSP) or equivalent is a plus.
Strong knowledge of relevant national and international regulations and standards (e.g., OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001).
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using HSE management software such as SAP EHS, or similar tools.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
