📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of M&E projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project integration.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Liaise with clients to address concerns and ensure project satisfaction.
• Utilize project management software like Procore or PlanGrid for efficient workflow management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in M&E construction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local building codes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in M&E construction, preferably in Bali or similar tropical climates.
• Certification in M&E systems (e.g., NEC, IEE, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
