📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and business objectives.,Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and improve operational efficiency.,Analyze production data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.,Lead and mentor the production planning team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.,Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations in the manufacturing process.,Work closely with suppliers and logistics partners to coordinate inventory levels and ensure smooth supply chain operations.,Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and scheduling in a manufacturing or logistics environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing production processes.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing and logistics software, such as ERP, MES, or WMS systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Understanding of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
