📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement organizational development strategies to drive transformational change and enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Conduct needs assessments and employee surveys to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching programs to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align organizational development initiatives with business goals and strategic objectives.
• Leverage data and analytics to measure the impact of organizational development initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in organizational development to ensure that our strategies are innovative and effective.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and senior leadership.
• Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in organizational development, with a proven track record of driving transformational change.
• Certification in Organizational Development (e.g., Certified Professional in Human Resources - CPHR, Certified Organizational Development Professional - CODP) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior, change management, and employee engagement.
• Proficient in using organizational development tools and software, such as Workday, SuccessFactors, and SAP.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
