📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process insurance claims and coordinate with insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate settlements.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and insurance partners, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Manage financial transactions using SAP and SAP FICO, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with insurance policies and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all insurance-related transactions and communications.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the insurance and healthcare industries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance client service or a related role.
• Proficient in using SAP and SAP FICO.
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
• Valid insurance license or certification is a plus.
