📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
• Monitor and manage security incidents, including breaches, vulnerabilities, and malware infections.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the security of our systems, networks, and applications.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on security best practices and policies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies, and recommend improvements to our security posture.
• Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure that our security practices align with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present security reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT frameworks.
• Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools such as Splunk or IBM QRadar.
• Proven ability to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks.
