📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain assembly machines and equipment to ensure efficient and accurate production.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions and work procedures to produce high-quality products.
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks to identify and correct any defects or inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily and monthly production targets.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
• Assist in training and mentoring new assembly operators as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in assembly operations or related manufacturing roles.
• Familiarity with CNC machines, robotic systems, and other assembly equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions effectively.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus.
• Must be willing to relocate to Badung, Bali.
