📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.,Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure that all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
