H.K.L. Metal Works Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Site Safety Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and well-being of our workforce on construction sites. As a Site Safety Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in implementing and enforcing safety protocols, conducting safety inspections, and providing training to our employees. Your expertise and commitment to safety will be instrumental in maintaining a safe working environment and preventing accidents.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.,Provide safety training and orientation to new employees and existing staff to promote a strong safety culture.,Monitor and enforce safety protocols on construction sites, ensuring that all workers adhere to safety guidelines.,Investigate accidents and incidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and reports.,Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that safety considerations are integrated into project planning and execution.,Promote a strong safety culture within the organization, encouraging open communication and reporting of safety concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Site Safety Supervisor role, preferably in the construction industry.,Certification in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) or equivalent, such as the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Safety Manager (CSM).,Strong knowledge of local and international safety regulations and standards, such as the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and the International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey safety messages to diverse groups.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to prioritize safety.,Proficiency in using safety management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
