📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and oversee the procurement process for Marketing and Production Projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate competitive prices.
• Monitor and control procurement spend, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards.
• Provide procurement support to project teams, ensuring that materials and services are available when needed.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to support the company's business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
• Proven track record of cost savings and efficiency improvements in procurement processes.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
