📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards and complies with all local regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop the restaurant staff to ensure high levels of customer service and food quality.,Monitor restaurant performance and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.,Manage the restaurant's budget and ensure profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and food and beverage service.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
