Direct City Group is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.,Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize waste and maximize productivity.,Conduct quality control checks and address any issues that arise during production.,Develop and implement production schedules and work plans to meet production targets.,Train and mentor production staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand customer requirements and ensure products are produced accordingly.,Maintain accurate records of production data and generate reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a production or manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.,Understanding of Indonesian business culture and practices is beneficial.
