📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.,Ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently, and identifying areas for improvement.,Managing a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.,Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Monitoring and analyzing warehouse performance metrics, such as order accuracy, cycle times, and inventory turnover.,Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.,Maintaining a safe and secure warehouse environment, including implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.,Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure that all operations are in compliance with company standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on warehouse or logistics operations.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to operational challenges.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards, such as those related to safety, security, and environmental compliance.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
