This position offers a competitive salary of Rp 8.000.000 – Rp 12.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that are engaging, effective, and aligned with the company's goals.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional development goals.,Monitor and report on the progress and impact of training initiatives.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure the success of learning initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using training management systems and software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
