Indonesia Logistics is seeking a dedicated Lead Waitress to join our team in Tulungagung, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of waitresses, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high standard of food and beverage service. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of waitresses, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ensure all food and beverage items are available and properly stocked.,Train and develop new team members, ensuring they meet the required standards of service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and processed.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a waitress or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and best practices.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20kg.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Valid ID and clean criminal record.
