The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food service, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow,Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards,Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards,Inventory management and ordering supplies,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Handle customer complaints and feedback,Participate in menu planning and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience in kitchen management or similar roles,Proven experience in leading a kitchen team,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with Balinese cuisine is a plus,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
