📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the office, including administrative and support services.,Manage and supervise a team of GA staff, ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and support.,Handle office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance.,Manage office budgets and expenses, ensuring financial efficiency.,Organize and facilitate office events, meetings, and other activities.,Maintain a clean, safe, and organized office environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a General Affairs or Administrative role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of office management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations.
