📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned section, ensuring efficiency and compliance with hospital standards.,Coordinate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and service quality.,Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and support as needed.,Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and safety protocols.,Manage budgets and resources allocated to the section.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and hospital operations.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.,Experience in budget management and resource allocation.,Familiarity with healthcare software and technology.
