📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Leading and managing a team of employees

Overseeing day-to-day operations of the department

Ensuring the department meets its goals and objectives

Developing and implementing strategies to improve department performance

Fostering a positive and productive work environment

Coordinating with other departments to achieve organizational goals

Providing guidance and support to team members

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role

Proven track record of managing teams and achieving results

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Familiarity with HR management and best practices

Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
