PT Property Astrid is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the growth of our property development projects. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with limited experience in business development to gain valuable industry experience and develop their skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities in the property development sector.,Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.,Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and reports.,Conduct market research and analysis to support business development initiatives.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.,Provide administrative support to the business development team.,Participate in client meetings and negotiations to close deals.,Monitor and track business development activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development or a related field (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good understanding of the property development industry.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English (both written and spoken).,Indonesian citizenship or permanent residency.
