📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives,Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, interview scheduling, and hiring decisions,Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition,Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, benefits, and performance data,Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion,Comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations,Collaborate with department heads to address any HR-related issues or concerns

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
