📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the strategic development and operational excellence of specialized medical departments.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices and standards in patient care and operational processes.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance patient outcomes and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to department heads and staff.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on key performance indicators.
• Represent the Center of Excellence at industry conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing specialized medical departments.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including ISO, Joint Commission International (JCI), and local Indonesian regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with healthcare software and systems, such as Epic, Cerner, or similar.
• Certification in Healthcare Quality Improvement (CHQI) or a related field is a plus.
