📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Craft and serve signature cocktails using premium ingredients and classic techniques.
• Maintain a well-stocked bar and ensure all supplies are replenished as needed.
• Engage with guests, taking drink orders and providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure a seamless flow of service.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in cocktail making, and incorporate new ideas into the menu.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior bartenders to maintain high standards of service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of alcoholic beverages.
• Participate in regular inventory checks and cost control measures to optimize bar operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high-end hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to create and serve exceptional cocktails using premium ingredients.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and the ability to innovate with new drink recipes.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Familiarity with POS systems and bar management software such as BarTab, WineTrack, or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during peak hours and under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Valid ID card and legal right to work in Indonesia.
