📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Support the telesales team in managing customer inquiries and complaints.

Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics.

Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data.

Provide training and support to new sales team members.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or customer service roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus.
