📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborate with the Recruitment Specialist to maintain a database of potential candidates.,Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and requirements for various positions.,Support the recruitment team in organizing and participating in job fairs and career events.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the recruitment process.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
