📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.,Schedule interviews and coordinate with interviewers to ensure a smooth process.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including data entry and document management.,Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.,Conduct initial candidate assessments and provide feedback to the hiring team.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Proficient in using ATS and other recruitment tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
