📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of banquet events, including guest lists, menus, and decorations.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of event supplies and services.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring they are in good condition.,Provide excellent customer service to event guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during banquet events.,Maintain accurate records of event details, including guest lists, menus, and feedback.,Assist in the cleanup and preparation of banquet facilities after events.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and event planning tools.,Friendly and professional demeanor.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
