As a Training Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training needs are met.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to design and facilitate effective training programs.,Knowledge of HRIS and training management software is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
