📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design appropriate training materials.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate training into business goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide support and guidance to employees during training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related role.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with training management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Creative and innovative approach to training and development.
