📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and ordering.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Promote the store and its products to attract and retain customers.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.,Proven track record of managing staff and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
