📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and executing daily menus.,Oversee the kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Manage inventory and ensure timely procurement of ingredients.,Create and maintain recipes and menus.,Participate in cost control and budgeting.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of working in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.,Valid food handler's certificate.
