📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and analyze structural systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.,Oversee the construction process, ensuring that the structural designs are implemented correctly and safely.,Conduct site inspections and provide technical support to construction teams.,Prepare detailed technical reports and drawings, and present findings to stakeholders.,Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure the overall integrity of the project.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.,Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.,Professional engineering license (PE) or equivalent is preferred.,Strong knowledge of structural analysis software, such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Familiarity with building codes and standards, including but not limited to ACI, ASCE, and IBC.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
