📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission to relevant authorities.,Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.,Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management on financial matters.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.,Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.,Proven experience in managing accounting operations and financial processes.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and relevant regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
