📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong client base by identifying, contacting, and converting potential customers.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales promotions and campaigns.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management to support decision-making.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance goals.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.,Knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Cirebon, Jawa Barat.
