📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement safety and health programs that comply with local and international standards.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.
  • Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures and best practices.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety data and reports.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to promote a safety-conscious culture.
  • Participate in emergency response planning and drills.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Safety Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Certification as a Safety Officer or equivalent is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in using safety management software and tools.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
