As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with our project managers and engineers to ensure that all projects are completed within budget and on schedule. You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing cost estimates, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates for construction projects.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that all work is completed within budget and on schedule.
- Administer contracts and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Evaluate tenders and recommend suitable contractors.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including cost reports and variation orders.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contract agreements.
- Provide support to the project team in resolving any cost-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quantity surveying.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with construction costing software such as Projex, CostX, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
