📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.,Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports and proposals to senior management.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales activities and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and business environment is a plus.
